We have immense strength in ourselves,which is in resting state,Until and unless ,we give it a try ,it doesn't flow out.Once give it a chance and see ,then U will be able to do wonders..
"Today I had one such practical experience, normally it was difficult for me to jog for hardly 1 km ,but by giving chance to my inner self and encouraging it ,I could jog for around 4 km, and even after that I had the confidence, that I would be able to jog for another 4km,that too without strain or pain.
